"Exploring quotes for insurance, I filled out the dreaded form which resulted in multiple agencies contacting me. None of them were as unpleasant to deal with as Josh Conrad on behalf of Mark Forgas' team at State Farm. He called and identified himself. I explained to him that I mistakenly filled out such form which was getting me an abundance of phone calls and I was not interested in speaking to him nor was I interested in a quote. We hang up, I receive a text from Josh, the individual I just told I was not interested. I replied with what I pay currently and that if he couldnt do better then not to bother. He emailed with quotes that were only $100-$200 less per 6 months than what I pay, not worth it in my opinion, so I didnt reply. This morning, yet again I get a phone call from Josh, I hang up on him. Then yet again, I get a text message. I again, now for what is the fourth, fifth time, tell him to leave me alone and that I am not interested and to not contact me again "including in response to this message, and including not to email me a follow up". Lovely Josh Conrad replied anyway, saying "Message received loud and clear! I'll disappear faster than a discount on your overpriced car insurance. No more texts, no more emails, I promise. And hey, if you ever want to actually save some money, try calling an agency directly instead of filling out those online forms that unleash a flood of calls from "helpful" people like me. Wishing you all the best". Not very professional. Perhaps Mr. Conrad needs some remedial training and lessons on maintaining professionalism when his ego prefers to take priority."
