"To be honest when I was first contacted, I thought that it was another cold call trying to win me over with whatever "deal" they had to offer for a new policy and didn't want to hear any of it. So when I answered the phone I was very short and dismissive and kinda rude with how I spoke to Ms. Morgan. But this interaction was different because shortly following the phone call I received a friendly email just simply stating that she understood where I was coming from but if at all interest my quote was x amount and if I wanted to accept the offer to contact her back.
