"I just finished having an exceptional customer service experience with State Farm, and I want to take the time to express my satisfaction. It was with the State Farm Specialist, Josh Conrad, who is with the Mark Forgas State Farm office in Clearwater, Florida. I had auto insurance from another Insurance Carrier and I was interested to see if I was getting the proper insurance for my needs and preferences.
